After going through five grueling rounds, Wisconsin Badgers and the Duke Blue Devils have arrived at Lucas Oilfield Stadium with one thing on their mind: the National Championship. On Monday, when the dusts of top-notch basketball action settled down, there can only be one team hoisting the coveted trophy.

The Badgers, who punched their ticket to their first Final Four finals appearance in 74 years after shocking the previously undefeated Kentucky Wildcats in a thrilling National semifinal match, will enter the championship showdown with the Blue Devils as the favorites on the strength of their earth-shaking conquest of the star-studded Kentucky in their last game.

However, Wisconsin head coach Bo Ryan knows that betting lines won't have much effect on the outcome of Monday's ballgame, especially against a very poised Blue Devils and head coach Mike Krzyzewski, who is seeking his fifth National Championship trophy.

"A lot of people thought they had a pretty good team because they spanked our team at our place in December," Ryan said of the Blue Devils during the pre-game news conference on Sunday. "I can't say that they were ignored, that's for sure."

On the other hand, Krzyzewski is very much aware of how great Wisconsin has been throughout the season, despite the tremendous media hype the Wildcats garnered during their incredible undefeated run.

"Coming into the year, I thought they'd be the best team in the country, and they have been," Krzyzewski said. "It's just that Kentucky's undefeated performance has overshadowed just how good Wisconsin has been, until (Saturday) night. There aren't any shadows anymore."

Aside from the coaches, all eyes will be on the battle of the titans inside as College Player of the Year Frank Kaminsky of Wisconsin bangs body with potential no.1 overall pick in this year's NBA Draft, Jahill Okafor of Duke.

Duke gave the Badgers a 10-point spanking, 80-70, in their last encounter on December 3, but regular-season basketball is a lot different than playing in a game where everything is on the line, and analysts predicted another epic showdown on Monday.
