Lindsay Lohan is about to bravely face her stalker, who has been accused of harassing her and telling her that he will get her, wherever she is.
The stalker, Daniel Voderwulbecke, called Lindsay Lohan an "evil devil" and bombarded the "Mean Girls" actress with numerous texts and messages on her social media accounts, Westminster Magistrates Court was told.

Lindsay Lohan will give her statement in court and provide evidence at his trial, which is scheduled to start on the same day the 28-year old actress is due to finish her community service in New York.
Voderwulbecke reportedly sent strange gifts to Lindsay Lohan, including tampons, woolly jumper and flowers, as well as a fabricated marriage certificate for the two of them.
On September 11 of last year, he assaulted a security guard outside the theater where Lindsay Lohan was performing and followed her after the play to the Chiltern Firehouse Bar, where he is alleged to have damaged a doorframe when he was not allowed to enter.
At the trial, Lindsay Lohan will not be cross-examined by the lawyer of Voderwulbecke as the prosecutor, Abigail Welsh reasoned that it would not be "in the interests of justice."
Welsh then proceeded to read aloud some of Voderwulbecke's messages.
One message read, "I hate you, evil devil," while another read, "F**k off and die b***h."
However, defense attorney Monica Stevenson said that her client hopes to challenge Lindsay Lohan's statement about not knowing Voderwulbecke and revealed that she has been responding positively to Voderwulbecke's texts.
Though Voderwulbecke was declared fit to enter his pleas, he is being treated for some mental health issues and was even described by doctors as "acutely unwell." He is currently confined in a psychiatric hospital and pleads not guilty to the allegations of harassment, criminal damage and assault filed against him.
Lindsay Lohan, who needs to complete her community service by May 28, is already in New York. She recently shared an Instagram photo captioned "Happy to be home in NYC."
