Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field are currently facing charges of sexual harassment filed by their former personal assistant, who claims that he was constantly sexually harassed while working for them.

The 35-year old actress allegedly walked around naked in his presence and persistently asked him what he thought about her body. His lawsuit further claims that Field bombarded him with questions about his sex life and shared very personal details about hers and husband Robbie William's sex life.

The couple's representative, however, spoke out, not long after the allegations of sexual harassment surfaced and slammed the claims as "entirely without substance."

The plaintiff in this case is Gilles De Bonfilhs. He worked as a personal assistant for the Field and Robbie Williams from October 2014 until January 2015 and is now suing Field and Robbie Williams. There are however, no sexual harassment allegations filed against the 41-year old singer, even though he is included in the lawsuit filed in L.A., as reported by TMZ. 

Aside from the sexual harassment allegations, De Bonfilhs also claims that his contract as a PA was "wrongfully terminated" and he is seeking about £16,000 ($25,000) in damages. 

The couple reportedly fired De Bonfilhs early this year for "serious misconduct." Their spokesman said that the claims made by De Bonfilhs, who they described as a "disgruntled former employee" after he was let go for serious misconduct, are "entirely without substance."

Robbie Williams tied the knot with Field back in 2010 in an intimate sunset ceremony at his Beverly Hills mansion, after dating for four years. They now have a daughter, Theodora Rose, 2 and a son, Charlton Valentine, who was just born in October 2014. 

The spokesman added that any legal proceedings will be "strenuously defended" and announced that they will no longer be making any further comments about the sexual harrassment lawsuit, as the issue is already being handled by their lawyers. 

The sexual harassment allegations are not the only matter Robbie Williams has to deal with as he is currently involved in a housing dispute with the leader and guitarist of Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page.
