Glee alum Dianna Agron is the latest actress to speak up about women's rights in Hollywood. In a new interview, the 29-year old actress slammed the industry for being "hugely sexist" and claimed that the pay gap between female actors and male actors is "only getting worse."
The star, who is busy promoting her new West End role, talked to the Daily Telegraph and revealed that she personally has been a victim of sexism in the workplace. In the interview, Dianna Agron candidly said women in Hollywood do not get the same pay as men.

"Women are not paid anywhere near the same as men at all, and it's only getting worse," said Diana Agron. And the sexism does not happen to just female actors as she explained even hair and make-up stylists experience it. "Nobody wants to pay anybody anymore."
Dianna Agron even added that she heard several studio heads come up with a series of excuses and shoot down those who dare speak up about their pay. According to her, they will simply answer back that they do not have the budget and tell female actors that they are even lucky they are "getting the exposure."
She stressed the importance of speaking out in the Hollywood industry as she believes that the problem will never be resolved if actresses remain in fear.
The blonde beauty has been busy with several movie projects after her musical TV series, Glee, ended. Dianna Agron is also currently starring in the play "McQueen," based on the magnificent Alexander McQueen, the famed fashion designer who committed suicide by hanging himself.
After her first performance along with co-star Stephen Wright, on London's West End, they were showered with praises, flowers and lots of congratulatory messages, which Dianna Agron retweeted on her Twitter account.
The play centers on Dianna Agron's character, a fan of McQueen, who illegally enters his home in an attempt to steal one of his coveted dresses but ends up wandering about town with him.
