There have been a slew of Bruce Jenner sex change rumors after the former "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star opened up about his transition to becoming a woman. Countless reports claimed that by Spring, Bruce would officially become a she from a he. However, the star has finally revealed his plans.

In the latest special of "KUWTK," Bruce reveals that he has no appointment whatsoever, which involves having to remove his sex organs and have it replaced with that of a female. The 65-year old confirmed his plans following questions made by his kids.
"I am just gonna play it by ear," shared Bruce in an exclusive report by Just Jared, adding, "Remove the little thing down there? You can do an awful lot down there...as of right now, no [I don't have an appointment to do that.]"
The report by Just Jared for one contradicts earlier reports made by Hollywood Life. The said publication claimed that Bruce had already scheduled a gender reassignment surgery. This was said to be announced during the May 17, "KUWTK" special.
Aside from the sex change reports, the former patriarch for "KUWTK" is said to also undergo a facial feminization surgery. Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) is a surgical procedure which involves changing a male face into that of a female. For transgender individuals, the said procedure would help men who wish to be recognized as women go through their day-to-day tasks.
"Transgender women who never had surgery had a significantly lower mental health quality of life (in other words, they were more stressed, less confident, and less happy) than non-transgender women as a group....[And] transgender women who have had facial feminization surgery have a quality of life that is statistically equal to all women (not just transgender women)....[In addition], transgender women who had facial feminization surgery (FFS) had equal confidence in social situations as any other women, and much higher than transgender women who had not had surgery," explained Dr. Jeffrey H. Spiegel with regards to the reasoning behind FFS.
As for Bruce Jenner's children, Kim Kardashian has shown her full support and has claimed she has never seen him happier. As for Khloe, reports by People magazine claim that she has been quite emotional with Bruce's transition.
