Excited fans on the set of DC Studio's "Suicide Squad", set for release next year, have been releasing photos and videos of the unconventional DC Comics anti-heroes who will play a major role in the film. The latest photos to circulate on the web is Jared Leto's Joker, now in full costume, as he plays out a scene with Harleen Quinzel (Harley Quinn), played by Margot Robbie.

You can view one of the many YouTube videos from the taping here. An article in the Daily Mail gives a comprehensive blow-by-blow account of what's going on in the videos. Basically, the scene shows Harley blocking Joker's car (the "HAHAHA" plates add a nice touch to accentuating the Clown Prince of Crime's calling card) with a gun pointed at the vehicle.

The Joker is compelled to get out of the vehicle and, after an inaudible conversation (in the video at least), he slaps Harley with the back of his hand. This showcases the unconventional, and at most times unpredictable, love-hate emotions that plague the Joker when it comes to his other psychotic half.

Most likely, the question of whether Leto's portrayal of the Dark Knight's greatest nemesis will serve to appease fans, especially after the hotly debated official photo of his version of the Joker, won't be answered until after "Suicide Squad" actually hits theaters. The issue regarding further depiction of the Clown Prince of Crime in films has become a rather touchy topic for DC fans, especially after the late Heath Ledger's critically-acclaimed portrayal.

The other "Suicide Squad" photos that surfaced got mixed reviews from both excited and enraged fans. These include Will Smith's Deadshot, Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje's Killer Croc. Other squad members include Cara Delevigne as Enchantress, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, and Viola Davis as the "Suicide Squad's" warden and commanding officer Amanda Waller.
