Apple iPad Mini 4 will have a considerable better features over its predecessor and will identify with iPad Air closely with its 12.2-inch display. The newly anticipated device will house dual speakers at the top and bottom in tandem with the Operating System of iOS 8 or 9. Reports also suggest that the tablet might feature 2 GB RAM and 802.11 ac Wi-Fi. Moreover, Mini 4 will be a slightly thinner version of Mini 3.

After suffering disappointment at the hands of technological giant on Apple's iPad Mini 3, customers are now vouching for the release of the next tablet in the series. In absence of confirmed news by Apple, several rumors regarding the features and release date of the tablet are doing the rounds, as per The Latino Post.

In further reports by the Ecumenical News, it is anticipated that this tablet will be made available at a lower price than iPad 3's $399 price which will make it more appealing to the consumers.

However, the partnership regarding the supply of A9 chipsets from Samsung to Apple is the most interesting news received in this regard. This order will help Samsung to become a pioneer in the chip making industry again against TSMC, ending Samsung's monopoly to make chips for iPads and iPhones. Both the chip makers reportedly boosted their respective capital expenditures to gain this contract from the electronics giant Apple.

Previous news indicated that the tablet will be featured at the "Spring Forward" event, though the device never made an appearance at the event. Rather, the event concluded with the display of Apple watch and Gold Retina Mac Book Pro. However, rumors now indicate that this tablet will be released in October this year.

In other news, Apple's iPad Pro is also expected to be launched soon after experiencing several delays. It will have a 12.9-inches screen and a stylus, which will offer a 3D input sensing facility to the users. It may also have the force touch technology, which has been seen till now only in the MacBook Pro.
