New updates for Ubisoft's new Assassin's Creed game "Assassin's Creed: Syndicate" have been revealed, regarding new gameplay features, side missions plus DLC details.

According to Game Radar, Alexis Cote, Creative director of Ubisoft Quebec revealed that "Assassin's Creed: Syndicate" will undergo several changes regarding the game's side missions in the latest issue of Official Xbox Magazine. The website pointed out that Cote will design the side missions in the game as a way for players to exert and reflect power for control of the seven districts in London during the Victorian Era.

"In Assassin's Creed we tend to be very generous with activities that players can engage in," Cote said. "But one of the things we need to do to mordenise the experience is to make sure that those activities make sense to the players, and this is something we are working on this year."

Ubisoft had already gave player's a glimpse of the pre-alpha version of "Assassin's Creed: Syndicate" in a previous report from VG 24/7.

In the video, the game centers on twins Jacob and Evie Frye, the main Assassins in the game as they are going to the "Burrows" to infiltrate and kill rival gang members and seize control of the territory. Players assume control of Jacob as he travels to the streets of London, either by roof top or by horse carriage.

Cote adds that players can now travel by carriage or by train, making it much easier to get to their destinations, and they can manipulate these vehicles as tools for assassinating targets, changing the way they play the game, GamingBolt reports.

Players can also use the environment as a weapon, such as falling debris to take out enemy guards, travel in buildings using a grappling hook, and hand-to-hand combat. Players can also build a huge army by seizing gang territories in the seven districts and use them to fight off rival gangs that are under the control of the Templars.

Gamespot reported that "Assassin's Creed: Syndicate" will have several DLCs. The first is the "Assassin's Legendary Hidden Blade and Gauntlet" Edition which includes a functional hidden blade, while the "Cane Sword" Edition will have a full detail sword and a button triggered scythe.

The Gold Edition will include a season pass, and the "Darwin and Dickens Conspiracy" mission, which is available in the Standard Edition. The Collector's Edition will also gain the same content as the Gold as well as a poster of London, a Jacob figurine and the official art book and soundtrack of the game.

Design&Trend reported that the Collector's Edition will cost around $200 and the Gold Edition is at $90.

"Assassin's Creed: Syndicate" will be released on Oct. 23, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC.
