'PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition' Features Revamped Skill System, New Characters, 99 Weapons; Launch Date Set For PS4, Xbox One On July 2015!

According to PlayStationLifeStyle, several new updates for "PayDay2: Crimewave Edition" was revealed as the game's developer Starbreeze Studios promised that gaming fans will have a "different game experience" for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, compared to the previous version.

Almir Listo, Global Brand Director for "PayDay 2" stated that Starbreeze Studios had several system difficulties regarding the game for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles citing that these consoles are decades old. Listo further adds that "PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition" will have the much needed update for PS4 and Xbox One that the older version never had.
"Imagine your favorite heisting game is getting 16 months more of love and care....that's exactly what's happening with PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition," Listo said.
"PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition" will have 50 new updates, over 99 new weapons such as shotguns, sniper rifles and grenads, new heist missions and multi-stage contracts, and more than 140 mask to unlock, VG 24/7 reported.
The website further adds that YouTube username "MattTheMusketeer" posted a video of him playing "PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition" as he showcased these added contents in the game.
Game Expresso reported that Listo also revealed new characters that was added to the updated "PayDay 2" that includes Clover, the first female playable character, Dragan the Croatian heister, John Wick and Old Hoxton.
The game will also have additional voice-actors such as "Lost" star Mira Furlan as The Butcher and "Breaking Bad" star Giancarlo Esposito as The Dentist, The Christian Today reported.
The game's publisher 505 Games stated that "PayDay 2" will have a fifth skill tree for players to upgrade and an all-new pre-planning sequences that lets players plan everything perfectly without any sort of mistakes or mishaps.
"PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition" is set to launch on July 12, 2015 in Europe and July 16 in North America for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The game's other publisher Overkill stated that players who have pre-ordered the game will have the chance to unlock an exclusive DLC content called the "Hard Time Loot Bag" and new prices of the game have been revealed on Steam website.
