Many rumors are making the rounds of Internet regarding the release of Surface Pro 4. It is rumored that it will be the first ever fan-less tablet to be launched with Intel's Broadwell chipset with 16 GB RAM.
The trend of each device being better than its predecessor is well depicted in the Surface Pro series, and this device will be no different, as per The Tech Radar. For example, the Surface Pro 3 was stated as the tablet which could potentially replace the laptops and was even lighter than the Apple iPad. Following this trend, great things are being expected from Surface Pro 4.

It is rumored to be equipped with Intel's Core M CPU along with Skylake on the horizon, with the incorporation of Windows 10, sometime later this year. Microsoft is leaving no stone unturned to make the Surface Pro 4 a superb 2-in-1 device, which could be a laptop as well as the perfect touch based tablet, as per Christian Today.
Surface Pro 4 is expected to be equipped with a 2K screen and a 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution. It might get launched in two sizes; the first one with a 12-inch display and the second one with a larger 14-inch display. It will also be equipped with Intel Core i5 and Core i7 co-processors with a stylus, similar to what was offered with the Surface Pro 3.
It is also speculated to have a massive 16 GB RAM, which will ensure that the device will run very smoothly and will perhaps be the first device in the tablet category to have such a massive amount of RAM.
Available with storage variants of 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, and 500 GB, it is expected to hit the markets in January 2016. Also, it will be much thinner and quieter than the earlier devices in this series. It is expected to provide competition to the upcoming Apple iPad Pro, which is rumored to have a split display screen as per the latest reports.
Microsoft is yet to disclose the official price of the Surface Pro 4.
