'Driveclub' PS Plus Edition Release Date To Be Announced At E3 2015; New Velocity Pack Details Revealed Online!

According to reports from VG 24/7, Sony and "Driveclub's" developer Evolution Studios stated that the development of the game's PS Plus Edition is nearly complete as Paul Rustchynsky, Game Director for "Driveclub" posted an update of his Twitter page.

"Driveclub" PS Plus Edition was released on October 2014 for PlayStation 4 console after many delays in the game's launch date, Digital Trends reported.

Unfortunately upon the "Driveclubs" release in the consoles, It is said that the game had numerous technical issues. Both Sony and Evolution Studios apologized to the gaming fans and immediately work in "Driveclub" through several series of patch updates.

IDigital Times reported that Sony and Evolution Studios could announce "Driveclub" PS Plus Edition next week at the 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo on June 15-18 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. A perfect spot for them to showcase the game.

Vine Report further adds that the new patch 1.18 for "Driveclub" will also be coming this month and will serve as a stepping stone for the PS Plus Edition's launch. The new update will feature new cars, driver levels, accolades, changes in Drifting Stats and many more.

Sony also teased gaming fans by uploading a new trailer for "Driveclub" PS Plus Edition. Here is the video below:

 

Aside from the launch date, Dualshockers reported that Evolution Studios is also working on a new DLC feature for "Driveclub" called the "Velocity Tour Pack". The game's official Twitter page posted several teasers artworks for the Velocity Tour Pack.



Rustchynsky also stated that they are also considering snifter support on both Logitech and Thrustmaster wheels and he will continue to develop the game's new challenges very soon.
