The development of Sony Xperia Z4 tablet seems to be in a soup right now, for Sony is delaying the release of the device yet another time. The tablet will now reportedly hit the market in late June this year.

Fans are waiting for this tablet since last year and the tech giant is not issuing any confirmed date for its release just yet, according to The Master Herald. Of course, many companies face multiple delays in a market like this, but coming from Sony, it was not expected at all.

The only thing which keeping the fans going is that the launch of the device is not postponed indefinitely and will be released in June, as per The Slash gear. 

According to the latest reports, the tablet is equipped with a Qualcomm 810 Snapdragon processor, which is being slated as the reason behind the delay of the tablet. It is said that the company is facing issues like overheating of the processor in its test run, which is taking time to be fixed. It is also rumored that in order to fix this issue, Sony is compromising on the tablet's performance, so that it runs without producing a lot of heat, Tech Radar reported.

Citing multiple reports, this is said to be a not so new issue as Sony is going through with the same side effect on its Snapdragon 810 processor. Even though it is reportedly the fastest processor in the market as of now, the side-effect of over heating does not provide an optimum performance.

It looks like Sony is only concentrating on the priorities right now, which is to get the powerful device working and not keep its loyal customers waiting much longer. They might reportedly release an overhaul later to upgrade the compromised factors as this is not the only device facing the issue of over heating. The current Sony Z4 smartphone seems to give the same problem, with many customers already getting their warrantied devices replaced.

Sony's UK stores are listing June 20, 2015 as the release date for the tablet.
