The team behind the success of "Batman: Arkam Origins" - Armature Studio - will be handling the development for "Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night," along with the developer Inti Creates, according to Pay Tm. The latest report about the game says that Shovel Knight will be entering the list of characters in this release.
Yacht Club reportedly signed this character but his actual role is still to be announced. The reports are just teasing that the Shovel Knight will give a creative twist to the whole gameplay. There is also a rumor about the addition of a new game mode, called the Dungeon Mode. The news has not been confirmed as yet by the company, whether they intend to add the new game mode or not.
This character was first seen in Nastsume's game, and the developers for "Bloodstained" are all set to reprise him with Ritual of the night. Two other characters will be joining the Shovel Knight and the incorporation of these new characters costed Nintendo around $4.5 million. The new characters are very powerful and well-characterized. The gamers will enjoy them while playing the game. The thought and effort that has gone into building the new characters is really commendable.
In addition to this, Nintendo will also release a Prequel Mini Game which will entirely revolve around the Bloodstained universe, showcasing events prior to the awakening of Miriam. Inti is popular for releasing min game prequels before the actual game hits the stands. The biggest example is "Might Gunvolt."
The actual game will be available for $28 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii u, and PC. This game might also get a release on Vista and 3 DS.
