Good news gaming fans as new updates for the "Final Fantasy VII" remake have been revealed regarding changes in its story, gameplay and an iconic scene.
Gamerant has reported that Square Enix will be making some changes for the "Final Fantasy VII" remake development. The game's original director Tetsuya Nomura told Japanese publication Famitsu that "Final Fantasy VII" remake will not be just a "fresh coat of paint."

Nomura stated that the developement of "Final Fantasy VII" remake is not just any simple video game remake as he adds that making the game "prettier" using the current next generation technology could not simply surpass the original "Final Fantasy VII" game.
Gamerant noted that the idea of expanding "Final Fantasy VII" for the PlayStation 4 is very scary and hard task to do. Square Enix adds that they are afraid that the "Final Fantasy VII" remake will not quite make the same impact as the original title for the gaming fans let alone surpass it.
Nomura did not wish to simply just change everything from its iconic storyline to its beloved characters in the "Final Fantasy VII" saga.
Gamespot further asked Nomura if the "FFVII" remake will follow the same path as the original "Final Fantasy VII" game. Nomura just gave the website an ambigous answer.
“We’ve announced an HD port version on the PlayStation 4, and then we have the remake coming to PS4,” Nomura said. “You’ll have this extremely, very, very pretty FFVII existing on the same plane. We feel that if that happens, it’s like, why have the same exact game?"
Siliconera reported that Nomura and Square Enix will reveal more details about the "Final Fantasy VII" remake in the Winter of 2015, and will likely announce the game's official title.
Square Enix further adds that the game will also contain the iconic "crossdressing Cloud" scene from the original "Final Fantasy VII" game as Nomura teases gaming fans that they will just have to look forward into it very soon.
It was previously reported that Square Enix revealed the teaser video for "Final Fantasy VII" remake during their E3 2015 presentation, as fans are surprised and amazed that rumors surrounding its appearance have became true.
"Final Fantasy VII" is considered one of the popular and iconic stories within the series and it has spawned multiple video game titles and two animated movies.
