Although Carlos Tevez had still one year left on his contract at the Serie A Champions and UEFA Champions League runner-up Juventus. Earlier in this summer transfer window, rumors are circling about a potential EPL comeback of the Argentina International or a stint in the Spanish La Liga, via the Daily Express.

One of the teams interested to have him is Spanish 2013-14 La Liga Champions Atletico Madrid. Manager Diego Simeone of Atletico De Madrid had desire to bring Carlos Tevez to Spain last month, as he  believed that the Argentina international would be a big boost to his Spanish Club, per ESPN FC.

Thinking the way Atletico Madrid play their game, Tevez would be a perfect fit. But everyone knows Carlos Tevez always desires to finish his career in his home turf with former club Boco Juniors.

Despite the rumors that Liverpool FC was the club interested to sign the 31-year old Argentinean, suggesting manager Breandan Rodgers would prepare a contract for the Juventus striker, no confirmation has been agreed yet.

Since, he joined West Ham in the summer of 2006, Carlos Tevez's potential seen increasingly growing. Manchester United then signed him in the summer of 2007 and his stint at Old Trafford allowed him to win his 1st UEFA Champions League Title in 2007-08 season, Football League Cup Title and of course claimed two Premier League Championship during his stay at Old Trafford.

After his contract expired with Man United, rival Manchester City nabbed him with a four-year deal to play at the Etihad Stadium. He had a good scoring tally with Man City but an injury-marred 2011-12 season forced him to play only 13 games, scoring 4 goals in all competitions. Nevertheless, he still won another Premier League Championship and FA Cup Championship with Manchester City that year.

In the summer of 2013, Turin giants Juventus had an interest for the Manchester City striker and a deal was confirmed for £12 million. During his time playing at Juventus, he scored 39 league goals and 11 more in all competitions, claiming two Serie A Championship and one Coppa Italia.
