When asked about the future of the San Antonio Spurs for at least the next season, floor general Tony Parker was reportedly confident that the Big Three of him, Tim Duncan, and Manu Ginobili will be back together for one more year, as per Uproxx.

It was a question perpetually asked of the Spurs since 39-year-old Duncan and 37-year-old Ginobili are approaching senior citizenship when it comes to their NBA playing days. Following years of unimpeded postseason runs (since 2001 for Duncan and since 2003 for Ginobili), one really has to question how many more games those legs can still efficiently suit up at this point in their careers.
But 33-year-old Parker is positive that both older men can still play and continue to challenge for an NBA championship next season.
"I'm trying to be positive," Parker told reporters with a quiet laugh at his basketball camp at George Gervin Academy, as reported by the San Antonio Express-News. "I've talked to them and told them what I think. Now it's their decision. It's a very personal decision."
The 2007 Finals MVP admitted that he did not try to force Duncan or Ginobili to return as he is aware that there are a lot of factors involved in it. He thinks they are coming back, but he did not also discount the possibility that the two may not return anymore.
Meanwhile, Duncan pointed out that his current money problems will not influence his potential return to San Antonio next season, according to ESPN.
The five-time champion, three-time Finals MVP, and two-time regular season MVP has reportedly lost $20 million (around 15 percent of his career net salaries) to his ex-financial adviser. Duncan is set to become an unrestricted free agent this July when his contract expires.
The Spurs' Big Three of Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker are one of the most successful trios in the history of the league. The had won the most playoff games of any NBA threesome at 120 and currently second in the regular season at 539, only one game away from the record set by the Boston Big Three of Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, and Robert Parish. Their 659 victories together are the most of any threesome all-time.
