It may have been difficult for Novak Djokovic to exit the French Open this year without the crown as he faltered in the finals losing to Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka despite impressive wins against grand slam champions Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray along the way. The Serb failed to deliver and lost in 4 sets, but he's fully aware that his quest for grand slam prestige doesn't stop at eight.

The world no. 1 is now gearing up for Wimbledon and remains one of the favorites to win a third title at the All England Club. And after a week of relaxation at a Spanish resort in Marbella, he's back on the grass courts of SW 19 in preparation for the prestigious tournament.
For the past four years, Nole has exceeded expectations at the world's oldest tournament, reaching the finals thrice and hoisting the gold trophy in 2011 and 2014. He enters this year's tournament as defending champion and hopes to hit it big once again under Boris Becker's tutelage.
The German coach, who recently hit the headlines by commenting on the ATP tour's lack of personalities, posted an Instagram photo with a caption that says, 'Let's do this again @djokernole #TeamDjokovic #Wimbledon'.
Djokovic has not played a warm-up tournament prior to Wimbledon but he is believed to have been practicing in the grass courts of Southern France. He will be seen at Stoke Park this week, however, for the Boodles exhibition along with Nadal who recently bowed out from the Queen's Club grass tournament in London.
Unlike Djokovic, the Spaniard has yet to reach a grand slam final this year, something that's quite unlikely given his performance for the past 10 years. When asked about his chances of winning another grand slam, Nadal insisted that he doesn't know and care much about the numbers.
"The first three and a half months of the season were terrible for me, very bad," Nadal said. "But I feel I am playing better now, my knees are fine, and if my knees are fine I have chances to compete well. My main goal is to finish the season healthy."
