The conventional dermatologist contributes a lot in past years in terms of skin health issues. Those patients who prefer to use the ancient Chinese medicines, they are a lot safer and effective alternative. The external pathological reasons of having skin diseases could be too much heat, dryness, dampness, or wind. This is based on the report of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
There was a study conducted among children who had eczema. In the beginning of the research most of the participants were having a skin disease with severe symptoms. Researchers used Chinese herbs to treat them. Right after eight months most of those who had eczema are already cured or with mild skin condition. Furthermore, WebMD reported that participants reduced the intake of antibiotic, steroids, and anti-allergy.
It only proves that despite advancement in technology, Chinese herbal medicines are still as effective and safe as ever even with children having sensitive skin.
