Seems Taylor Swift is a wish-granting-fairy these past few days. After singing to a 6-year-old cancer patient, she also managed to sing an Adele song with a Leukemia patient playing the piano.

Swift might have heard that there was another fan in the building so she decided to make the most of her visit by dropping by the fan's room. She chose Adele's hit "Someone Like You" as the fan played the piano. Even if she struggled remembering the lyrics, it made her fan really happy.

The fan then posted the video on YouTube. He said that he just underwent a bone marrow transplant and that Swift dropped by his hospital room to say hi. She was just supposed to check on how the fan was doing but then she noticed the kid's keyboard. Swift then asked if he could play a song for her. The fan describes the happenstance as the most amazing moment in his life. He adds that Swift is really nice and friendly.

Swift gave him a high-five after they finished singing and she just looks so sweet making personal rounds for her fans.

Swift recently sang her hit song "We are Never Getting Back Together" to the six-year-old Jordan Nickerson. Swift and Nickerson played air hockey but had to cut the visit short because the little kid had to undergo another round of chemo.

Taylor is definitely living up to being one of America's sweethearts. Aside from that, Taylor has surprised her fans at a bridal shower, gives advices about love on Instagram and the latest, giving US$90 to a fan for her to buy a meal at Chipotle. Swift found out the fan was celebrating her birthday together with her friends.

Taylor Swift, you are one generous, loving, and sweet girl. Keep it up and you might just find the right man who can keep up with your good deeds!
