The new update from Google Android M Preview Version is available for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 devices.

The updated version of Android M preview version will have several bug fixes and new features.

According to GSM Arena, the preview of the Android M was revealed in May that introduced a whole new interface for the Clock app; however, the Clock App was accused of delaying the alarm chime for 24 hours, instead of 10 minutes, once the snooze button was tapped. The issue has been solved in the new version of the Android M.

The Ars Technica noticed the fix of the App drawer, which now has the capability of auto rotating while the search bar is adjusted at the top screen while the top row is arranged with predictive apps bar.

The firmware system is combined with the UI tuner, which is much more informative. The tuner now has the facility to add the battery status percentage at the bar. According to Ars Technica, users will be able to add or hide the signal bars, alarm clock icon, and other features from the status bar.

The Android M new version has dedicated demo mode option that pictures amiable screenshots. The developer release note has claimed that the new firmware update will have much better security protection.

The chances of Android M update for the Galaxy S4 is very tiny and might come lately as its firmware is not ready yet to roll out on Samsung Galaxy S4 devices.

The App linking feature will allow users to manage the domain of the app by himself or herself. There will be auto backup facility for users to preserve the backup apps and fingerprint authentication. Android Origin has claimed that the new Android M will have a "Do Not Disturb Mode" and this feature will let users to allocate personal times when he or she might not want to be disturbed by phone calls or texts, according to Android Origin.

Tech experts believe that the combination of the Nexus series smartphones and the updated Android M will have unique characteristics that will enhance the popularity of the Nexus series phones to a greater extend.
