Previously, it was rumoured that the device featuring the latest Windows 10 operating system may launch with the new OS on July 29; however, Microsoft has pushed the launching date of the hybrid tablet that will come with the Intel's latest Skylake processor and Windows 10.

According to MNR Daily, mighty Microsoft has collaborated with Samsung and placed a massive order for 256GB solid state drive (SSD). The signature ultra-thin design, bezels, and screen size remains same as its predecessor Surface Pro 3; however, it will also have a thinner and lighter design with upgraded processor and enhanced battery power.
The Surface pro 4 will be a high-end device that might come at a similar price tag like its predecessor. It will cost around £600 for the basic model, whereas the full version with the accessories would be priced around £1,600.
There is still no concrete information that the Surface Pro mini version would be available or not though rumors speculated that the Surface Pro mini version might come with the larger one's that will have provisions for connecting to bigger screens instantly.
It is said that mini or large, the new Surface Pro 4 will sport Intel Atom 64-bit or Core M processor. Intel has stated that the new generation Cherry Trail processor will unleash two times better graphic performances than the typical Atom chipsets has. The camera segment might have improved shooter and better stylus offering.
Microsoft has not shared any substancial information regarding the Surface Pro 4, but tech experts speculate that the device might replace the Haswell dual-core i5 and core i7 processor by the latest Broadwell chips. This will enhance the battery life over 30 percent than its predecessor. The new technology will circulate the heat more frequently with a fan-less design. As a result, it will be quieter than the previous version, Computing reported.
The device will have 12-inch version with 2,160 x 1,440 pixels resolution, as stated in the 36kr. The RAM unit might get doubled with 16GB slot, along with 1TB storage facility.
