Why so blue, K-Stew?

Actress Kristen Stewart gets a lot of comments about her stone-like and, sometimes almost pissed-off expressions on print and during red carpet events.

Despite the constant criticisms, she said that she doesn't really care, saying that whether or not she smiled, people will always have something to say.

The controversial "Twilight" star said that if she started smiling for the cameras, people might start calling her a "sellout," exasperatedly adding, "Like, okay. What do you want? What would you like?"

Stewart said that she remembers the exact moment that people started noticing her. It was when she saw a photo of herself on the New York Post after the release of "Twilight".

The actress recalled that she was with her former boyfriend, Michael Angarano, and dog at the time. She was on the porch, smoking, when she suddenly realized, "Oh shit, well, I have to be aware of that."

Stewart then felt that she was no longer the little girl who played a supporting role in the "Panic Room". She was now playing lead, experiencing more fame than she probably could have imagined.

Her newfound fame brought her success, love, controversy and eventual heartbreak. Stewart's romance with "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson was big news, but her affair with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders and eventual separation from Pattinson was even bigger news.

The 24-year old actress said that she really doesn't have a plan for her career, nor does she want to.

She shared that if she plotted out what she wants to happen with her career, she might miss out on other opportunities and fall into the trap of taking on projects just to cater to those goals. "Then you're truly, actually, specifically working for the public. You're turning yourself into a bag of chips," she added.
