'Metal Gear Solid 5' Online Release Date Delayed In All Game Platforms; 'Phantom Pain' Full PC Requirements Revealed!

According to VG 24/7, Konami has revealed that PC version of "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" has been moved from its release date of September 15 to that of September 1, the same day as for the PlayStation and Xbox One consoles.

The PC version of "MGS5" can be purchased via Steam Engine as the website stated that Konami made the decision to move its launch date due to the feedback from the PC community. Gamers who have pre-ordered "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" can get a copy of its prequel, "Ground Zero" for free.
Gamespot reported that Konami has revealed the minimum and recommended PC requirments for "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain."
For the minimum requirements, the OS should be at 64-bit and runs in either Windows 7 or Windows 8, an Intel Core i5-4460 processor at 3.40 GHz or higher; Quadcore or something much better, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 2GB, DirectX version 11 card, 28 GB hard drive space and a DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card.
For its recommeded requirements, its OS should also be at 64-bit (Windows 7 or 8), an Intel Core i7-4790 at 3.60 GHz or higher (Quadcore or better), 8 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 for graphics, a DirectX version 11, 28 GB hard drive space and DirectX 9.0c sound card.
Konami Europe also announced that they are preparing a new gameplay footage for "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" this week and promises to reveal a larger overviews of its gameplay and characters, IGN reported.

In other news, the online features for "The Phantom Pain" has been delayed in all gaming consoles.
According to UberGizmo, the "Metal Gear Solid 5" online multiplayer gameplay has been moved to October 6 for the PlayStation and Xbox consoles, while PC version will launch on January 2016.
Gamerant speculated that the delay of the online multiplayer gameplay was the result of the PC versions new release date, as the website noted that the gaming community would rather see it late than broken, so the delay was a necessary precaution at the momment.
Konami will definitely showcase more of "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" in Gamescom 2015 this week, as their booth is located at Hall 7.1, B030, Game Politics reported.
"Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" will be available on September 1 for the PlayStation, Xbox and PC platforms.
