Robin Thicke - engaged? Rumors surfaced that the 38-year-old singer is engaged to 20-year-old model girlfriend April Love Geary after a report from Life & Style Weekly. The news comes after the couple have been dating for less than a year.

Geary has been helping mend Thicke's broken heart for the last six months. According to The Daily Mail, since the couple got together after Thicke split with Paula Patton last year, April and Thicke have been inseparable.

It might seem that the rumors of Robin Thicke engaged is probable, but on Wednesday, NY Daily News reported that a rep for the "Blurred Lines" singer denied proposing to April and that the rumours are "100% not true."

Life and Style claimed Wednesday that a source told them that "Robin recently proposed to April and she said yes," adding that "he doesn't want to risk losing her."

"Both his parents have told him to take some time and not rush into marriage again so soon," the source also said.

Thicke and Geary's relationship began in November last year, shortly after the singer split with 22-year wife and high school sweetheart Paula Patton.

Having been Thicke's shoulder to cry on since his difficult past year, it might seem that his rash decision to propose to Geary was possible and that the rumors of Robin Thicke engaged is true.

After Patton and Thicke's split in July 2014, Thicke released his album named "Paula," containing the single "Get Her Back." Thicke, however, didn't get Paula back and many described his attempts at winning her back "desperate" and "creepy." Sales for the album "Paula" tanked with only 25,000 copies sold at its debut week.

Entertainment Weekly described the album one of the worst albums in 2014.

"Hearing him plead to Patton is creepy; at times, he flat-out sounds like a stalker. It's like watching a man desperately flinging expensive gifts and unkeepable promises at a wronged woman who's finally decided she's forgiven him for the last time...but in the form of a record," the publication reported at the time.

Patton filed for divorce in October, seeking joint custody of their son Julian Fuego, 4.

In December, Thicke was photographed with Geary, who was 19 at the time. They were reportedly enjoying a pre-Christmas trip in West Hollywood.

Geary is a 20-year-old model signed with IMG Worldwide. Not much is known about her career apart from the fact that she has reportedly appeared in Harper's Bazaar. The first time Geary became a household name was in April this year when she posted photos of herself inside Robin's house. That same house was the house he used to share with ex-wife Paula Patton, according to The Inquistr.
