According to the Christian Post, main cast member Elizabeth Henstridge revealed several details of what is going to happen to Jemma Simmons after events of season 2 were in she was absorbed by the Kree monolith during the show's season finale.

Henstridge admitted that she was surprised at first when she heard about the fate of her character and teased fans that they should not wait any futher as where Simmons' ended up to. The website further hinted that most of the members of Phil Coulson's team accepted here demise except for Leo Fitz (Iain DeCaesketer) and will likley be a good subplot for the show.
Chloe Bennet also commented on how Fitz will make the choice as to how he will search for Simmons during the show, CarterMatt reports.
"There's been such a big time gap, so oneof the main focuses is that some of the characters have almost not given up, but have been like, 'We've tried everything,'" Bennet said. "Fitz is that one person who's like, 'Not Everything'".
Aside from Simmons, Andrianne Palicki also shared new details on Bobbi Morse in the show and stated that she will have a hard experience after she was physically compromised in season 2.
Palicki stated that Bobbi will have to cope with the experiences she had and the condition she is in, unable to use one of her knees and having a "missing" part of her lung, the Christian Post wrote.
Venture Capital Post reports that season 3 will deal more about the emrgence of super powered people around the globe ever since the appearance of Inhumans. Daisy Johnson and Phil Coulson will now establish a new strike team to handle these types of situations in the form of the "Secret Warriors".
It was previously reported that new characters are also rumored to join the show such as Slingshot, Sebastian Druid and Stonewall joining Daisy's team along with Deathlok, Luke and Mockingbird.
S.H.I.E.L.D. will not only contend with the rise of the Inhumans, but also HYDRA under the new leadership of Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) and possibly a new terrorist organization as ComicBook,com speculated that Leviathan will make there presents known in season 3.
Leviathan was first introduced in "Agent Carter" as the main antagonist group within the show being led by Joseph Stalin and its members include Johan Fennhoff and Dottie Underwood, a precursor to the "Black Widow" program.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 will premier on Sept. 29, 2015 in ABC.
