Good news DC fans as new updates and possible spoilers for "Legends of Tomorrow" have been revealed regarding a new Firestorm tandem and two characters joining the show.
It was reported before that Rip Hunter's father Booster Gold was rumored to appear in the Arrow/Flash spin off show "Legends of Tomorrow." Seeing as the main theme of the crossover is about time travel, fans have speculated that Booster Gold will be involved somehow via flashback scenes, similar to "Arrow" TV series to which audiences will see more of Arthur Darvill's character, his relationship with him, and how his son ends up being a member of the Time Masters in the first place.

However, Screen Crush reports that executive producer Phil Kremmer confirmed that Booster Gold will not likely appear in "Legends of Tomorrow" for sometime, but he did teased that comic book fans might have "to wait a good long while, atleast in the show," meaning that the idea of having the brash time travelling hero from the 25th century appear in "Legends of Tomorrow" is still a possibility.
Klemmer also revealed that Booster Gold could be "groomed for bigger things" as ComicBook speculated that Booster Gold might be getting his own solo live-action movie or TV series. DC Comics and Warner Bros. have lined-up their movies for DC Extended Universe such as "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice," "Suicide Squad," "Wonder Woman," a new "Batman" solo film etc., as well as numerous DC comic based TV shows like "Supergirl," "Vixen," "Lucifer" and so on.
Aside from Booster Gold, International Business reportedly claimed that Wally Wes,t a.k.a Kid Flash, will be making appearances in "Legends of Tomorrow" although it is not stated as to when and where will this happen.
Wally West will first appear in season 2 of "The Flash" and will be played by "Insurgent" star Keiynan Lionsdale. Several rumors speculated that this version of Wally will appear in Earth 2 as the son of Joe West and younger brother to Iris.
Lastly, it was reported before that Franz Drameh's character Jay Jackson could be Professor Martin Steins other haft to become a new version of the Firestorm in "Legends of Tomorrow." Klemmer made a comment before that Jay was the last person that Prof. Stein had in mind to merge with him.
It also noted that Robbie Amell might not comeback to "Legends of Tomorrow" and "The Flash" season 2 as he is now part of the main cast in "The X-Files" TV series reboot as agent Miller.
Victor Garber has shared his insights about the Arrow /Flash spin-off series during an interview with TVOvermind, on how Prof. Stein's role in the show as he hints that he will likely be a mentor to the younger heroes and villains and will explore more of his past in future episodes.
