Get ready DC fans as new details and possible rumors for "The Flash" season 2 have been revealed regarding Wally West's introduction and a possible rumored identity of the new villain, Zoom.
According to ScreenCrush, "The Flash" TV series showrunner Gabrielle Stanton teased how Wall West will be introduced within season 2. It was recently revealed that "Insugent" star Keiynan Lonsdale has been cast to play Wally and Gabrielle stated that younger West kid will be show up in "a really, really cool way" that the audiences will not see it coming.

The website stated that Wally in the series will not likely be Iris' nephew, similar to the comic book continuety, as Fashion&Style reportedly claimed that Wally could be Joe West's son and Iris' younger brother. The theory could be a valid claim since season 2 will focus on Earth 2 or other alternate worlds from the multiverse.
Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg commented on Lonsdale participation for "The Flash" TV series saying that like Grant Gustin, Lonsdale has emobodied the heart and courage to be a hero and he is excited to have Wally introduced to the show very soon, International Business Times reported.
Aside from Wally West's introduction, We Got This Covered reported that Kimiyo Hiyoshi, a.k.a the female Doctor Light, will be added to the show. Kimiyo was the second person to take on the mantle of Doctor Light as the first incarnation Arthur Light was a villain, while his unlikely successor became a hero.
Doctor Light has the ability to use and manipulate photonic light and has been a member of superhero groups like the Justice League and Birds of Prey.
Cisco and Caithlin first mentioned Arthur Light in "Arrow" season 2 as a pyschotic ex-employee at S.T.A.R. Labs, Blastr wrote.
So far there are now three speedsters within "The Flash" season 2 aside from Wally, there is Jay Garrick of Earth 2 played by "Masters of Sex" star Teddy Sears and the new villain Zoom. The show's Twitter page posted a new image that feature Sear's character in full costume paying homage to classic comic book cover "Flash of Two Earths."

Youth Health also claimed Zoom could be faster and more deadlier than Eobard Thawn (Tom Cavanaugh and Matt Letscher). Zoom in the comics is named Hunter Zolomon, a former cop and friend of The Flash Wally West. He was driven insane after being crippled by Gorilla Grodd and asked Wally for help to go back in time to prevent his condition for ever happening. Wally refused to do since changing the timeline could have serious consequences, so Hunter used the cosmic treadmill to do it himself but ended up badly.
After that Hunter gained superpowers to manipulate time around him, making everything around him slow, while other people think that he is fast, even faster than Wally West. Zoom is the only speedster that is not connected to the "Speed Force" since his powers came from bending and maipulating time motions.
YouTube channel Emergency Awesome theorized that Zoom could be a different character from the normal comicbook continuety, and that the blue Flash from the season 2 teaser could be him.
There have been three instances that a blue colored Flash is introduced, first was Pollux, a cloned version of Barry from 1990's Flash TV series. Second is when Barry became a Blue Lantern and finally a future version of Barry in the New 52 continuety.
The channel speculated three possible identities for Zoom: Hunter Zolomon, another version of the Harrison Wells' Reverse-Flash and future Barry Allen. For more insight here is the video below.
"The Flash" season 2 will premier on Oct. 6, 2015 on the CW Network.
