Early individuals that adopted the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 have reported that the devices' stylus suffers design flaw.
The Galaxy Note 5 models' S-Pen stylus can be stored inside the body of the phone, the problem is that when it is inserted into the phone upside down, it seems to snag on an internal mechanism. Reports from users indicate that when the device's stylus is forcibly removed, it can cause damage to either the Note 5, S-Pen or even both in some circumstances.

"The users should use the device's instruction manual to avoid the defect," Samsung told the BBC.
The stylus is supposed to be inserted in its position with the pointed end first, it is designed to snugly fit into the Note 5 handset through a mechanism that is spring-loaded.
It can as well be inserted in an upside down position but it is likely to jam when inserted in this position.
The removal of the device's stylus that is wrongly inserted causes detection features for the S-Pen to seize working permanently, Gizmodo reported. It is said that some users of Reddit have noticed the same problem.
In a statement, a Samsung official claimed that they highly recommend the users of their Galaxy Note 5 to strictly follow instructions in the guide to make sure they do not experience the prior reported scenarios.
"It seems like the sort of thing that shouldn't be overlooked," Vijay Michalik, a Frost & Sullivan information and communication technologies analyst, told BBC.
Many people that will be trying to test the stylus out for the first time will be disappointed, said reports.
Currently, the Note 5 is only available in Asia and the .U.S while Europe launch is likely to make it happen - just yet. The device is designed in a way that it has to be handled with cautious care because if they lose their brand equity through pushing out these handsets that are sub-standard handsets, that could be much disastrous.
