Since her engagement to Brooks Liach, Julianne Hough made her first appearance and attended the Keep Collective and Kind Campaign Collaboration Social in Los Angeles on Wednesday. However, her new rock was not to be seen.

The "Dancing With The Stars" judge opted for a casual look at the event. She wore a loose white top and a jean button up shorts. The blonde beauty paired her look with wedge sandals. Her newly trimmed tresses were kept in a side part.

She accessorized with a black bag and a long gold chain with a pendant on her neck.

Her hair was styled by none other than celeb hair stylist Riawna Capri, of Nine Zero One Salon. The professional dancer glowed in her new found happiness. But, she was not ready to show off her huge sparkler.

Hough said that she was at the event to promote awareness and end girl-against-girl "crime". She added that she was bullied at high school and felt that majority people have experienced the practice, or has been a part of it, US Weekly reported.

Meanwhile, the Washington Capitals center forward Laich popped the question to Hough during a family vacation in their lake house. The 32-year-old ice hockey player gave Hough a Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring. The ring is reportedly over five-carats with an oval-shaped diamond.

The couple had announced their engagement on Aug. 18. The two-time and champion had posted on her blog that she would want to enjoy the moment and hence she would give a break to social media.

She took to her website and said that she was excited to share her wedding plans over the next few months. She said: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the outpouring of love and well wishes surrounding my engagement! This is certainly one of the most exciting times in my life and I am so happy to share it with you all!"

Hough and Laich began dating in Dec. 2013. She was reportedly engaged in 2007 to fellow dancer Zach Wilson before dating country singer Chuck Wicks from Aug. 2008 to Nov. 2009 and then, more famously, Ryan Seacrest from April 2010 to March 2013. But, it was in Dec. 2014, when she realized her feelings for Laich and shared it on Instagram.
