Rob Kardashian seems to be on track with his diet program with his new Instagram selfie. The 28-year-old Kardashian has been hiding from the limelight since he gained weight.

The photo was captioned "Gnight" and it looked like he has shed a lot of pounds. The slim-looking Kardashian has been struggling with weight issues over the past year.

He has been working hard with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson with a regimen involving cardio and weights. Kardashian is also working with a chef and has been doing well so far. Here's the evidence!

While the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" brood is making light of the situation, mother Kris Jenner isn't. She expressed her concern in an interview with E! earlier this summer.

"Rob is living in L.A. right now and he's doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff. My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff," the matriarch said.

Rob has previously admitted that his weight gain started with milkshakes. He gained 100 lbs in a year.

Khloe has also been very vocal about her support toward her younger brother, "Right now I'm really proud of him. He's been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it! He's aware that he's very introverted and of course not the way he used to be. I think being aware is probably the best thing."

Rob missed Kim's wedding because he didn't want to be photographed by the press in his overweight state. He has worked hard to lose weight since then. If anything, this photo proves that he's looking better than ever!
