Last week, an information leaked that Samsung Company would very soon put an addition of a new letter to its series of alphabets soup of branding: O. It would be a totally new series for the Korean company Samsung, and rumors has it that it will debut along with two devices - the Samsung Galaxy O5 and the Samsung Galaxy O7, GSM Arena reported.

Now it looks like those names will not be used any more, given that Samsung is opting to use Samsung Galaxy Mega On and Galaxy Grand On, which are even more confusing instead of the previous names.

A new rumor comes to fill us in regarding these two handsets' specs. First off, the Galaxy Mega On will have the model number SM-G600 and it will reportedly sport a 5.5-inch 720p touchscreen, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, a 13 MP rear camera, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU at the helm, a 5 MP selfie snapper, and a will be powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.

The dimensions of the Galaxy Mega On are set to be 151.8mm x 77.5mm x 8.2 mm, and it will have a 145g net weight. Galaxy Mega On will run Android 5.1 Lollipop as from the first day of its release. Lastly, it has already received certification by the Bluetooth SIG as GSM Arena reported.

As per now, it is not clear when Samsung plans to launch the devices, which according to rumors, will be launched alongside Samsung Galaxy Grand On. Furthermore, it has not yet been clear what the prices of the two handsets will be, or the possible reason that Samsung has for the existence of the handsets provided that specs indicate similarity to other handsets in the market from the same manufacturer. Assumption given by the phone review teams indicate that they might have similar specs, but Samsung might have developed in different designs to other Smartphone.
