Danielle Panabaker is no stranger to super powers as she played a teen superhero in "Sky High." The question is, will she have them in "The Flash" season 2? Panabaker plays the role of Caitlin Snow, a character who is destined to be the super-villain Killer Frost.

The actress was interviewed by a few journalists at Dragon Con 2015 giving fans more details on the upcoming season of one of the best TV shows last year. Season 1 was a real cliffhanger when the singularity appeared out of nowhere in Central City with the potential to destroy reality. Thanks to Collider for the transcript of the interview.

Season 2 will start off six months after that cataclysmic event but Panabaker says that the first episode will get into that season-ender as well.

"The season premiere will address some stuff from the finale; it's not like there's some title card that just says, 'Six months later.' We will deal with the singularity and everything that's going on," she said.

Panabaker is excited at the thought of her character becoming Killer Frost, but it seems that it's up to the writers and producers whether they will make it happen. As it stands, however, it looks like it's not in the works at the moment.

"No one is more excited for Caitlin to become Killer Frost than I am. Unfortunately I don't know when that will happen on the show. The writers will say, "Well this is what's going to happen. We're looking forward to this. This is what we're thinking." And then scripts evolve, sometimes they don't make it into the script as soon as you hope, sometimes we shoot things that don't even make it into the show."

"I think our season finale was [an extra] 20 minutes long, so that's 20 minutes of stuff that they cut out of storylines. Little things, like they explained how Caitlin asked Barry to go get her wedding dress, and they explained the toilets in the pipeline, and that sort of thing. But since we only have 42, 44 minutes, some stuff just sort of falls to the cutting-room floor. Long story short, I'm useless in terms of Killer Frost. I want it to happen very, very badly. Unfortunately I don't know that it's happening yet," the actress said.

As the wife of Ronnie Raymond, played by Robbie Amell, Caitlin Snow could be involved in "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" since her husband is the other half of Firestorm. Snow and Professor Martin Stein (Victor Garber), are going to be working closely in one of the early episodes on the show.

"We will see more of Professor Stein. In episode four, I get to work a lot with Victor, which is so nice. He's just the best. He'll be around for a little while. Obviously Legends is starting their production next week, but he'll be around for a little bit."

"Things change, and it depends. It's going to be impressive to see how they incorporate, just schedule-wise, everyone working together and crossovers. I would love to. They have huge plans for Legends. Obviously Caitlin's very close and tied to Firestorm; Captain Cold and Heat Wave originated on Flash, so it would be great to go over there," Panabaker added

Will she or won't she? That Killer Frost itch is still there for Panabaker and the fans. Hopefully, they'll get to scratch it before season two comes to a close.

"The Flash" Season 2 will premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 8 PM on the CW.
