Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are refusing to continue shooting for their reality show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" unless the individual who stole their money and jewelry is caught.

The three sisters believe that someone involved with the production of the show is responsible for the robbery.

The Kardashian sisters do have cause to worry. So far, US$4,000 in cash was stolen from Kourtney and Scott Disick's rental home in the Hamptons, US$50,000 was taken from the couple's Calabasas residence and, US$250,000 worth of jewelry went missing from Khloe's Tarzana home she used to share with former husband, Lamar Odom. All thefts seem to have been inside jobs. There was no forced entry in any of the homes.

Kourtney kept the cash at safe places in both homes before discovering that both amounts were gone.

Authorities have stated that the thief knew exactly what he was looking for, targetting expensive items and leaving other belongings behind.

Law enforcement also believe that a crew member of the show could be involved in the robbery because they have access to the sisters' homes.

Despite the sisters adding surveillance cameras, changing staff and, increasing security measures, the thief has still managed to run away with their cash and belongings.

The sisters are trying to convince the show's management to force the production crew to take lie detector tests. Reportedly, crew members are being questioned regarding their involvement in the crime.

Production staff members have been working on the reality show since 2007 and have become trusted confidantes of the sisters, so the possibility that at least one of them has stolen from the family makes the issue doubly hard to deal with.

The next season of their show is scheduled to shoot this October, however the three refuse to start filming unless the culprit is found.
