The title of the first installment is "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" with a tagline "Break the Foundation of Your World," and the second installment is "The Divergent Series: Ascendant" with a tagline "The End is Never What You Expect."
Summit Entertainment also released new logos for the last two movies.

Roth addressed the title change in her Tumblr blog, saying, "What does this mean? Well, basically, it means there are going to be some changes, but it's really too early to know exactly what those changes will be or the extent of them. I know changes always make fans of the books- and the author!- nervous, but hopefully the characters we know (and love. Or sometimes love to hate?) will still be intact, which is really the important thing. I am eager to see how these movies turn out, along with you guys."
For those who have read the book, you know that one of the main characters had an unfortunate ending. There is no word if this will happen or the ending will be changed to have a more acceptable conclusion to the trilogy.
Robert Schwentke will direct both films. The movie stars Woodley as Beatrice "Tris" Prior, Theo James as Tobias "Four" Eaton, Ansel Elgort as Caleb Prior, Miles Teller as Peter Hayes, Zoë Kravitz as Christina, Naomi Watts as Evelyn Johnson-Eaton, Jeff Daniels as David, Maggie Q as Tori Wu, Octavia Spencer as Johanna Reyes, Ray Stevenson as Marcus Eaton, and Bill Skarsgård as Matthew.
"The Divergent Series: Allegiant" hits theaters on March 18, 2016, while "The Divergent Series: Ascendant" will be shown the following year on March 24, 2017.
