As Skype has been a reliable partner of many people across the globe in terms of communicating and staying in touch with their loved ones and friends. With its features, Skype is able to change the way people do their usual everyday chats. According to an online news hub Business Standard, this add-on feature mainly gives out very short videos and clips generated 'exclusively' from popular contents intended for such service. Very simple, the users can tap on the emoticon button, select the moji they like, preview, then send it to the thread or group chat.
Appearing in the emoticon menu within Skype, Mojis are categorized as to the following: individual TV shows and movies. "Each Moji can link directly back to the source, so the users will not be wondering where it came from," the report included.
Available on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices, these emojis allow anyone to send little clips of popular movies and TV shows to others in various IM chats. As of this writing, it is believed that Skype has so far teamed up with Universal Studios, Disney Muppets and BBC to carry out to its users such popular and high-quality clips. More so, it is also expected that the messaging service will soon add more studios and publishers -- offering a variety to provide optimum user experience.
As Microsoft's Skype says, "Mojis are addictive and fun -- bringing your conversations to life with famous little clips." With this feature, users can take collaboration and communication to another level. "This is definitely more than sharing screens, creating chat groups, planning and working together, sending photos and files, as well as keeping oneself updated," it added.
