FThe wait is almost over. The year 2014 was the first year in a decade that Need for Speed (NFS) has not released a game. This wait, however, will not be put to waste as developers announced that the time was spent to evaluate the core values of the brand and to examine which experiences do they want provide their gamers with, gamespot reports.

NFS will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Nov. 3 (North America) and on Nov. 5 (World release). The PC version will also be available to gamers by spring of 2016.
NFS is a popular video game with heart pounding racing action. Electronic Arts (EA) published this game Ghost Games, Criterion Games and EA Black Box are its developers.
This year's NFS is a "full reboot" of the series. The setting is in Ventura Bay, riding between dusk and dawn. With as much as twice more drivable roads compared to NFS Rivals, avid fans of the game has something to look forward to.
This game's frame rate is at 30 fps both on Xbox One and on PlayStation4. This is to make sure that the gameplay experience is smooth.
Although there was no mention on the frame rate of the PC version, the visuals that can be delivered on PC should be increased.
In the past few years, the NFS has been better known for its adrenaline-stimulating racing experience. This year, although this has been retained, NFS also brought in another surprise.
This year more emphasis has been given on the story line. With five overlapping threads, there are five different ways to play, that is, Speed, Style, Build, Crew and Outlaw.
There is still an options to ride solo and explore Ventura Bay with the AI. A multiplayer version is also available.
The game developers further added that riders should be constantly connected to the internet while playing the game.
A closed beta while be held in the coming weeks. The official needforspeed website said that those who want to participate the closed beta may get a chance to participate by signing up and check their FAQs as well.
