China Plays A Larger Role On World Stage

After Chinese President Xi Jinping's first appearance on the United Nations podium on the 70th anniversary of the creation of the world body, he returned home on Sep. 29, Tuesday.
According to New China, the Chinese president left behind a deep footprint on his first appearance. That historic presence at the UN with a series of initiatives and proposals, he demonstrated that China is a responsible major country in the world, playing a larger role on the global stage.

First, the country's view on the international order has breathed in a new life into the development of international relations - even though politically speaking.
Xi's speech at the annual gather of the UN General Assembly on Sep. 28 called for a new type of international relations that features win-win cooperation and he also voiced out his views on how to build a community of shared future for all the people in the world.
The suggestion on the international community to build partnerships in which countries will treat each other equals, show mutual understanding, and engage in equal consultations is in line with the vision of expounding a new kind of international relations.
Xi called for building a security architecture that is contributed and shared by nations that features fairness as well as justice. Also, the open, inclusive, and innovative outlook of development that benefits everyone and the increase of intercivilization exchanges to promote harmony, inclusiveness, and respect for differences is called for; thus, China decided to pledge a $1 billion for peace and development fund to support the work of the UN.
Meanwhile, China Daily USA reported that China is playing a bigger role in resolving world issues for a better world system.
China's influence is continuously growing that it is shown by the victory in the war against the Japanese aggression as well as the fight against fascism.
