She performed CPR and tried to resuscitate the man -- wanting to save his life. Apparently, despite her noble efforts to save the man, he died -- noting that cardiac arrest was the primary cause. The man suffered from heart attack while swimming in Dalian beach.
She did all her best to bring him back to life but when the ambulance eventually arrived, paramedics confirmed that it was too late to do so.
Even when she was still feeling down and sorry for the incident, many people especially those who were in the scene applauded her acts of kindness and admired her determination.
Guo's fiancé, named as Xiao Liu, proudly revealed, "She enjoys helping people normally and that's what I like about her."
Heroine Guo humbly said, "At that time, I only remember that I was a nurse. My career's responsibilities are higher than that of a bride."
Very noble... for not all brides would nail it the way she did.
