Conservative talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, defended the statements he made on his show on Tuesday, which seemed to link the suicide of Robin Williams to his leftist worldview.
Critics have accused Limbaugh of exploiting the actor's death just one day after it was reported.

Comedian and actor Robin Williams was found dead in his home on Monday afternoon from an apparent suicide by hanging.
A spokesperson for the actor's family told Entertainment Weekly in an official statement that Williams was battling severe depression. The death has been putting the spotlight on the often misunderstood disease.
The controversial radio talk show host made remarks on his program which described the leftist worldview as one of pessimism, sadness, and full of anger.
Limbaugh went on to say that Williams was a comedian who could make the world laugh but was himself, unhappy. A picture, he claimed, that the left usually has - one of unhappiness.
This immediately caused an uproar on social media with many Twitter users and liberal watchdog groups accusing Limbaugh of using the actor's death to attack the political left.
But Limbaugh defended himself, saying that he was not talking about Robin Williams' suicide and depression directly. Instead, he was making an observation about the liberal media's coverage and even glamorization of the death.
He clarified that he never claimed to know the reasons which prompted Williams to commit suicide. He only wanted to point out that the glorification of the 63-year-old actor's death may spawn "copycats" which he is genuinely concerned and worried about.
Limbaugh stood strong with his statement, stating that he has been grossly misquoted and his words have been taken out of their original context. The radio host further emphasized that he never said that Williams killed himself because he was a liberal.
