Model and reality star Kendall Jenner is threatening to file a lawsuit against a waitress that tried to defame her through Twitter.

The waitress, aspiring actress and star of MTV's "Skins" Blaine Morris, took to Twitter to say that Jenner tried to skip out on a bill and mistreated her.

Last week, Jenner and her close friend, Hailey Baldwin, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin ate at Mercer Kitchen. Staff claimed that the two asked for alcohol but were turned down because they were underage. The duo responded by standing up from their table and disregarding the US$60 bill.

Morris claimed that Jenner and Baldwin left the establishment and that she ran after the two to ask for payment for the bill.

According to Morris, the two proceeded to laugh about the bill. Jenner then threw money at Morris.

Morris took to Twitter to post about the incident.

Baldwin said that it was a misunderstanding and that Jenner was nothing but nice to the waitress.

18-year old Jenner also denied the allegation, saying that Morris is just out to ruin her character.

"These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone's face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that...I said it once and I'll say it again, don't believe everything you read!" she posted on Twitter.

Threatening to sue Morris, Jenner's lawyer, Marty Singer, shared that Morris' claim is ridiculous. He stated that it was an honest mistake on Jenner's part and that she had apologized profusely to Morris and paid for the bill as well as the tip.

Singer stated that Morris is a waitress and an aspiring actress as well, so she might be using the incident to claim her 15 minutes of fame.

"You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself," he said as a message to Morris.
