Mayday's Monster made headlines after news surfaced that he is dating Lu, who is the sister-in-law of his band mate, Stone.
Monster and Lu are said to be holding their engagement banquet this Friday, followed by their wedding in December, according to AsiaPop News. Next Magazine has also published the story of his alleged upcoming wedding.
Monster seemed to be confirming the rumors via his official Facebook page. On one post, he uploaded a photo of two hands, presumed to be his and Lu's, wearing wedding bands. He captioned the photo, "When we are together, I feel the beauty of caring and being cared for."
Fans of the musician sent their well-wishes online.
However, B'in Music, the agency that handles Mayday, refuses to confirm the rumors. According to the agency, Monster and Lu have all the right to keep matters private with regard to their wedding and everything that has to do with it.
"Monster cherishes the big day which belong to both of them," the official statement reads. "We respect our artistes' privacy."
Furthermore, B'in Music claims that they have not received word with regard to the details of the wedding. Instead of discussing the matter, the agency talked about the band and the music they are currently working on.
Mayday is said to be recording the tracks for their ninth album. B'in Music said at the moment, the members of the band "won't be free for now."
