Days after the release of a video to attack Washington D.C., terror group ISIS has released another propaganda video that threatens to wreak havoc in New York City, CNN reports.
The video also included several scenes in Manhattan and a previous footage that also warned to attack the said city. The group also specifically mentioned the famous Times Square where the annual ball drop is regularly held. It also showed an explosive device being put together and bombers with suicide belts.

In a same report, the New York Police Department has been notified about the video and is now taking precautionary measures to ensure security in the city.
The police department released a statement saying that while the video is not new, the message is to attack New York City.
"We are aware of the newly-released ISIS video that mentions Times Square. While some of the video footage is not new, the video reaffirms the message that New York City remains a top terrorist target," said the NYPD as cited by Pix 11.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio also gave a statement with regards to the newly released video. According to the mayor, the city will not "submit" to the terrorists. The NYPD will ensure safety to the city people as they go on to their normal business.
The mayor still cautioned the people of New York City to be alert and inform the authorities right away should they notice anything suspicious. De Blasio also reminded the people to continue their daily routine.
Earlier this week, the terror group also released a video that warns to attack Washington D.C. and Europe.
