A recent Rockstar tweet suggests the upcoming DLC for Grand Theft Auto 5 isn't arriving anytime soon but players might see the release of the 1.16 update on Aug. 19.

A GTA V fan tweeted Rockstar Games asking when the 1.16 update will come out. The developer clarified it still doesn't have an exact date but is working to release the update as soon as possible. The rep also advised @vixsopro to stay tuned for more information.

Meanwhile, rumors suggest GTA V Online Heists DLC may be out soon.

There isn't much information from Rockstar Games but YouTube tipster DomisLive claims the sniper will be amazing.

According to tipster ecb2, the DLC will have 10 new solo missions, flight suits, four vehicles and reserve parachutes.

The Western Besra training jet will zoom a player through 10 solo new missions that will make him comfortable in danger zones, including low-flying challenges, combat maneuvering and formation flying.

There will also be new parachute bags, chutes and a reliable reserve parachute for soft landing second chances. There are also four new vehicles: a luxury Swift helo, a 16-seater Buckingham Mil-Jet, an Invetero Coquette Classic and a Western Besra training jet.

Rockstar also confirmed the GTA Online co-op heists will not be out by spring end as planned.

It said the Online Heists are taking more time to create than originally anticipated. Many game fans agree the elaborate GTA V heists are the best feature of the single-player experience and a huge demand for multi-player experience is expected.

The DLC update is speculated to include a Zombie DLC, casinos, CIA missions, an assassination mode and many more. The 1.16 update is expected to fix a lot of money glitches that have allowed players to make more money in GTA V.
