The original creator of Star Wars George Lucas has not yet fully let go of the award-winning movie franchise. Recently, he elaborated on the lives of some famous characters in the film such as that of Han Solo and Greedo.

According to Spinoff, Lucas sold Star Wars for millions of money. Its latest franchise Star Wars: The Force Awakens was produced by Disney, and was directed and co-written by J.J. Adams.

"Han Solo was going to marry Leaia, and you look back and say 'should he be a cold-blooded killer?' Because I was thinking mythdologically - should he be a cowboy, should he be John Wayne? And I said, 'Yeah, he should be John Wayne." And when you're John Wayne, you don't shoot people. You let them have the first shot. It's a mythodologically reality that we hope our society pays attention to," said Lucas.

There have been debates recently about who fired the first shot - Hans Solo or Greedo? Many Star Wars fans and enthusiasts believe that it was Hans Solo.

Lucas, however, spoiled such belief.

Lucas insists that Han Solo never shot first in the 1977 Star Wars movie.

With this claim, the rage and debates about this matter of Han Solo will now be put to rest.

In 2012, Disney brokered a $4.05-billion deal to buy George Lucas' Star Wars, according to Cinema Blend. Its latest franchise The Force Awakens will hit the big screen this month. The Force Awakens will revolve around the happenings thirty years after the Battle of Endor.

According to Director J.J. Adams, The Force Awakens is a "stand-alone" Star Wars film. This means one need not be a Star Wars follower in order to understand The Force Awakens.
