Charlie Sheen is in legal mess!
The already-troubled TV star was slapped by a complaint from ex-fiancée Scottine Ross accusing Sheen of assault, battery, and for not admitting that is HIV positive.

Scottine Ross filed the lawsuit Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court demanding $1 million from Sheen plus earnings from his canceled TV show, Anger Management.
Ross was crying justice during an interview with FOX411.
"If I wanted money, I would have kept our child. If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet. I want justice," she said.
The former adult entertainer also known as Brett Rossi revealed that he first met Sheen in November 2013 for a short-time encounter at $10,000. They continued to have sex for months until Sheen discovered HIV medications in his cabinet.
Last November, Sheen revealed on Today Show that he is HIV positive and tells his sexual partners about it before going to bed with them.
But Ross, who was not tested positive for HIV, denied that.
"If he would have told me from day one, from the first time that we met, there would have never been a relationship," she said. "I never would have been sexually active with him."
Ross continued to stay with him because he reassured her that they'll have a normal, family life, complete with children.
But her relationship with Sheen soured when she told him she was pregnant.
According to the complaint obtained by FOX411, the 26-year-old said she became pregnant in March 2014, which made Sheen "extremely upset."
Ross revealed that he didn't want a child to be "HIV-positive" and told her to have an abortion. Sheen "erupted into a fit of rage," telling her he would "kick her to the curb."
Things worsened when Sheen returned to drugs.
"When he started using, he became, ultimately, the Charlie Sheen that everyone knows. It was shocking to me because I only know Carlos, so seeing this Charlie Sheen character was like a Jekyll and a Hyde," Ross described her situation with Charlie leading to their breakup in July 2014. His drug addiction also caused him to miss his HIV medications.
Ross said she came out and decided to fight Sheen to empower women and inspire them to stand up for their rights.
"If I, the fiancee, speaks up and leads a pack, then maybe it gives other people strength," she said.
