There are rumors that jailbreaking teams Pangu and TaiG are planning to release iOS 9.1 and 9.2 jail break operating system versions next week.
Apple has been trying to strengthen the security of its devices. However, it seems like ace jail break teams are working even harder to develop the jail breaks for the iOS, according to Christian Today.

Scribbal reported that the jail break for iOS 9.1 is expected to be released in the coming days.
Reports indicate that the famous hacking groups such as Team Pangu and TaiG are working pretty hard towards developing the next jail break tool that will break the latest iOS 9 updates.
This jail break will also include the breaks for the iOS 9.1 and the iOS 9.2. It was also reported that Pangu already launched the semi jail break online, in the form of a script for iOS 9.1 only. However, in spite of being available online, the semi jail break tool is not fully functional yet as many of the jail break tools are incomplete. Apple users have been advised to stay as the tools might damage their devices. In addition to this, once users choose to install this tool, they will not be able to down grade to the lower iOS version. Apple specifically disabled this feature to curb the number of devices which download the jail breaks.
In addition to this, cyber security firm Zerodium has launched a $1 million bounty for the hacking team which will be able to provide the jail break for iOS 9.1. A jailbreak team has since come forward to submit its jail break tool to Zerodium and also received the reward money. However, since Zerodium now owns the license for this jail break tool, it will not be released to the public.
