There are rumors that the release of the much-awaited Apple iPad Air 3 may happen in January 2016.

According to Master Herald, Apple is expected to make an official annoucement about the device as early as January, 2016.

It is rumored that tech giant Apple is currently working on a device called the iPad Air 3. Even though its last tablet the iPad Pro was only recently released in the market, the company is rumored to be planning to step up its game by launching a variety of devices for its customers. The rumors state that this device might arrive in the market as early as March next year.

This device is rumored to be power packed with a lot of innovative features. Rumors claim that the new iPad Air 3 is actually going to be a professional tablet, but it will continue the trend of being small and light weight. It is expected to be armed with a more powerful CPU than its predecessor, the iPad Air 2.

Apple iPad Air 3 is speculated to be more efficient in its power utilization and also expected to include more RAM as well as internal storage capacity. It is also expected to sport many high end high powered specs, which were never seen before in a tablet, as well as a much thinner aluminum shell body, according to Tech Times.

iPad Air 3 is expected to ditch the 16GB model and come only in its 32GB variant. It is also expected to support slow motion videography better. With a much larger screen than the iPad Air 2, this device is rumored to sport a much higher screen display resolution as well. In addition to this, a better battery backup is also one of the highest speculated feature of iPad Air 3.

Even though Apple is yet to confirm whether or not it is manufacturing such a device, in case it is true, iPad Air 3 is going to be a pretty kickass device.
