Microsoft Lumia 1050 is rumored to be set for launch in 2016, immediately following the release of the Lumia 950 XL and Lumia 950 this year.   

Microsoft smartphone users, especially those who are into photography, are now eagerly waiting to know more about the features of the Lumia 1050 camera because it is said to have DSLR capacities. This new gadget will reportedly also come with a 50MP camera sensor, which is far more advanced than the existing Pure View cameras by Microsoft.

The Lumia 1050's rear camera is rumored to have a zoom lens, a variable aperture and optical image stabilization along with autofocus features. Although it is believed to feature a more intricate and better rear camera, one drawback is the missing front camera that nearly all the latest smartphones have today. An additional feature of Lumia 10 is the direct use of the cloud app.  

Microsoft Lumia 1050 will come with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU and will include an internal memory of 128 GB that can be expanded with a storage support. It also has 4GB RAM and will be released with a battery size of 5200mAh, Geek Snack reported.

The new Microsoft Lumia 1050 is said to target photography aficionados who may wish to use the features of a smartphone while enjoying a high quality camera. Meantime, its forerunner the Lumia 1020 has received some positive reviews for the quality of its camera despite its unique design.

Microsoft Lumia 1050 is expected to be unveiled in either January or February 2016, but it is believed to be scheduled to hit the market in March 2016, Christian Today reported.
