Two of three teens caught on camera while attacking a park ranger at Love Park in Philadelphia on Friday have been taken into police custody, reports stated.
The main assailant, identified as Curtis Tanner, was arrested by police officers on Monday morning together with a 17-year-old teen who was not named, both from Pottstown.

A video taken by a witness of the assault was uploaded over the Internet and had been submitted to authorities to help investigators identify the attackers.
The encounter began after the 35-year-old park ranger approached the group of three teen-aged skaters to uphold the no-skating rule at the park on Friday evening, it was then that Tanner attacked the park ranger who did not defend himself or return the violence he received.
Twenty-five-year-old witness Mariano Verrico was able to film the scene with his mobile phone and gave the video to police officers to aid the investigation.
Reports on Monday state that the teenaged skater admitted to the attack and regretted what he did.
"If I had the chance, I would apologize to that guy. I lost my cool," he told 6ABC.
Tanner also said that the part of the altercation where the park ranger grabbed his friend was not shown on the footage and that he had just stepped in to help his fellow skater.
Police stated that the 19-year-old teen and his accomplice were both charged in juvenile court with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment of another person, and making terroristic threats.
The third skater seen on the video is being sought for questioning though police believe he was not directly involved in the assault.
Reports indicate that Tanner was a convicted in 2013 for a robbery incident and is currently under probation. He also submitted a guilty plea for a disorderly conduct charge several months ago.
