In "Final Fantasy VII" Remake, players will get to explore around each area of Midgar. Also, Square Enix is likely to focus more on Biggs, Wedge and Jessie. However, the total number of volumes that would be included in the entire "Final Fantasy VII" Remake is unclear. However, the main scenario for the multi-series' first part has reportedly been completed.

Epic Games' "Unreal Engine 4" is being used to develop the game. The "Kingdom Hearts" team is also providing some technological assistance. The two teams might work together in the near future. Other stuff worth mentioning is that Cloud's auditory hallucination parts are still being shaped up to make it more meaningful. The voice of the cast is also expected to be the same from those of the Advent Children. More so, the developers haven't decided yet whether they will include a guard or not.

In a previous post on Square Enix blog, the producer Yoshinori Kitase discussed the "Final Fantasy VII" Remake. When he was asked if he want to spend a lot of years to create the same game again, he said that they have the opportunity to go beyond the story, world, and experience in many ways they've always dreamed of.
